Just off Regent Street, sharing the same building as the Meridian Hotel, you can find a small café called Piggy’s, for fantastic breakfast and lunch offerings. This one-of-a-kind café has been buzzing with customers every morning and afternoon since 1986 when their doors first opened. Even so, the owner is in the shop every day working hands-on to serve up some delicious dishes to Piggy’s patrons who stop in to create customized sandwiches and salads using their favorite ingredients.

Whether it’s the luck of the nearby Eros statue in Piccadilly Circus, or the quality of the meals served up, Piggy’s is sure to remain a special place for years to come.

Tuna Nicoise Salad—Dolphin friendly tuna, boiled egg, French beans, baby new potatoes, red onions and French vinaigrette

Chicken Caesar Salad—Roast chicken, bacon, tomatoes, parmesan and croutons with Caesar dressing

Crayfish and Avocado Salad—Crayfish tails, avocado, red onions, tomatoes, spring onions and Sicilian onion lemon dressing

Florentine Sandwich—Vegetarian dish featuring spinach, sun-blushed tomatoes, and buffalo mozzarella

Chicken Saltimbocca Sandwich—Pan-fried chicken escalope, prosciutto di Parma, and dolcelatte

Crayfish and Avocado Sandwich—Crayfish tails, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and rocket

Really nice food, I was quite impressed given it's a very unimposing place. Much better than all the Thai etc "proper restaurants" on Seamless Web so far.
